STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES:
The charges for standard delivery are as follows:
Magnets alone are $2 shipping per set
Total purchaes up to $40 are $5 shipping
Total purchases from $41 to $80 are $10 shipping
Total purchases over $81 are $12 shipping

Board Silly accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express, through our paypal checkout.

PRIVACY:
Board Silly values your privacy. We do not share or sell any of our customers information.

ORDER CHANGES:
If you need to change an order prior to shipping, please call us at 678.569.4722 or email us at boardsillyboards@gmail.com. If the items have not been shipped, we will be happy to change your order.

SPECIAL ORDER CHANGES:
An item that is special ordered, can take 2 to 3 weeks for us to complete, depending on item and time of year.

Special orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after original order was placed. Please email (boardsillyboards@gmail.com) or call us 678.569.4722 to cancel a special order.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please email us for shipping charge quotes. Please include in email which products you will be purchasing and quantity.

RUSH DELIVERY:
Please contact us directly for a quote on rush delivery.

RETURNS:
If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your Board Silly magnetic board or magnets, you may return your purchase within 10 days of delivery of item for a full refund. Item must be in original condition to receive a refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

SPECIAL ORDER RETURNS:
Special orders can only be returned if mistake was on our part. If that is the case, we will gladly issue a refund.

SHIPMENT REFUSAL:
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated with the delivery.
